First heat off the line 9:30am sharp.
Arrive no later than 9:00am to be ready and help with facility setup.
3 qualifying heats (staggered start) and 2 finals (gridded start). All 5 minutes long.Best of two qualifiing rounds decides your position in the finals. Each of the two finals counts towards championship points for club members. Maximum points for one round is 200 (100 for each final).
